The South African Property Owners Association (SAPOA) is the representative body for the commercial property industry in South Africa, playing a key role in advocacy, research, industry engagement, and professional development. As the collective voice of property owners, developers, investors, and professionals, SAPOA operates at the intersection of policy, economics, and the built environment.
REIMAGINATION was appointed to lead the repositioning and rebrand of SAPOA, with the objective of modernising the organisation’s identity while reinforcing its authority and relevance within a rapidly evolving property landscape. The brief extended beyond visual identity to include the development of a flexible brand system capable of supporting SAPOA’s wide-ranging communications and initiatives.
The scope of work included the design of a new corporate identity, brand guidelines, annual reports, publications, campaign materials, event branding, conference collateral, digital assets, social media content, exhibition environments, and large-scale venue applications. The refreshed brand was rolled out across multiple touchpoints, ensuring consistency, clarity, and adaptability while supporting SAPOA’s role as a forward-thinking, influential industry body
